πŸ”Ή Microsoft Office 365

  1. Download Office 365 on your device. Click here to get Office 365.
  2. Install Office 365 on your device. Wait for installation to complete fully.
  3. Open the Office 365 app.
  4. When prompted, login with your Beacon College email and password.

πŸ”Ή Adobe Creative Cloud

  1. Go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com 
  2. Sign in with your Beacon College email (SSO enabled).
  3. Download and install apps from the dashboard.
  4. Note: If you don’t have access, submit a request through the IT Help Desk.

πŸ”Ή SPSS

  1. Contact IT for the installer and license key.
  2. Download the installer and license key from the link shared by IT
  3. Follow the installation instructions provided by IT for SPSS.
    1. The install guide should be in the folder IT shared with you.

  1. Visit https://zoom.us/download 
  2. Install the Zoom Client for Meetings.
  3. Sign in using your Beacon College email (SSO).

  1. Submit a request to IT via the Help Desk to receive access and installation instructions.

  1. Contact IT for login credentials.
  2. Follow the instructions IT to access SmartDraw.
  3. Use the web-based version or download the desktop app if available.
